The passing on Easter Sunday of our dear friend and fellow painter, Natalie Ballard, is a sad loss. Natalie was a long time student at Shiles Studio as well as an accomplished and prolific watercolorist. Gay and other classmates attended Natalie’s funeral service – the church was filled to capacity. Natalie’s sudden passing at her home was peaceful and she was surrounded by family.
